With a dash of audit magic, a sprinkle of formula recreation, and a hefty portion of business understanding, I was able to produce a compact 3 MB file that everyone could actually use.
I also cooked up an interactive three-statement model that let Nuts.com see their financial future. This included custom-built sub-models for revenue, labor, and freight – helping them nail their forecasts with laser precision.
