Affectionately known as the “brain dump”, we’ll talk about your business, how it operates, and what the main financial drivers are. It’s ok if you don’t have all the answers. I’ve been building financial models for over 20 years, so I know what questions to ask. The goal of the call is to give me enough information to sketch out your financial model.

After our call, I’ll put together a first draft of your business’ financial model. We’ll set up a follow up call where we challenge the assumptions and answer any open questions. Then I get back to work and come back to you with a more complete model.

It usually takes 2-3 iterations before we have everything the way we like it.
